Diary

June 6 2026

Today, I woke up at 6:00 AM to the sound of birds outside our apartment in New York City. The weather has been absolutely beautiful lately. This is the second morning in a row that I’ve woken up this early, and interestingly, it’s also the second day in a row that I’ve had a mild headache. I was a little surprised by that because I slept very well and had positive, pleasant dreams.

Life is good.

A few days ago, after returning from Portland, Oregon, I started taking the new supplements that were recommended to me by Dr. Heiner Fruehauf. I noticed that about 70% of my supplement regimen stayed the same, while only 30% changed. For the past 6 months (since December 2025) I have been taking about 55-60 herbal supplement pills a day plus a few liquids. One of the new supplements is called Glutathione Complex. I’ve taken it a few times already, and I feel like it’s doing something. When I looked at the ingredients, I saw that the Glutathione Complex contains a variety of B vitamins, B1, B6, and B12. That could be very good for me, since I had low B12 for years.

However my stomach is again filled with fluid -ascites. It’s only been two weeks since the last drainage, and unfortunately, it has filled up again. Thankfully, it’s not completely full yet, so I’m still able to move around comfortably.

Thursday, my wife and I had a date in Manhattan. After enjoying a nice dinner and some tea afterwards, we went to see a live concert; Carmina Burana. I’ve been a big fan of Carmina Burana music, especially the opening part, where perhaps a hundred people sing together with loud drums, since I was 18 years old. The first time I saw it was at AKM in Istanbul. In those days, I had almost no money, so I remember watching it from the balcony, standing up all the way behind the last seat alone. I probably paid only a dollar for the ticket. This time, however, we had very good seats. and I was pleasantly surprised that my wife also liked the concert very much.

Today as a family, we’re heading to the farm upstate, and for the first time this summer, we’ll be swimming in the pool. Let the summer of ’26 activities begin! I’ll be splashing in the water showing off my unusually large belly, which I’m sure will give children a good laugh.:)

It’s a lovely day. I’m grateful to be here. I’m grateful to enjoy my morning coffee and walk, listen to the birds, and appreciate this beautiful weather.
