No one knows the future, everyone makes assumptions, in 1900’s they thought the cars would be flying by the year 2000. Like many, I am a firm believer of technology and science which I think will change everything we see or feel. The lifestyle in the future will be very different than today. My thoughts on popular subjects.
Robots: For sure, they will be everywhere, maybe they will look like humans, perhaps not, some like animals, some like just a hand, or a form of ball, a cube, pentagon, hexagon, etc… there will be robot soldiers, drivers, cashiers, waiters, home builders, chefs, maids and others all over the place.
Food: I would say 2030 – 2040 no more killing animals for food. No more coke, red bull or energy drinks. Lots of organic farms, eco farming, vertical farming, etc..
After that, 2050 – 2060 or so, second stage would be, eating no food, maybe just taking pills or some sort of surgery in the brain or in the stomach or both. bodies will look different for sure.
No stomach, smaller shoulders and hips, bigger heads.
Education: In perhaps 20 years, learning for all ages will be only at home, car, or outside thru tv, phones, tablets, other mobile devices, children will see, hear and play. children will learn more and more thru cartoons, games, songs by themselves than someone at school talking to them. Schools will be a place just for social activities, discussions and gyms for all ages. school teachers will be moderators maybe role models.
Fashion: 2025 perhaps, more comfortable, sporty, kinda gym clothing, one style fashion, plain looking, not too expensive stuff. First, suits and business attire, and later denim will disappear. Winter time, one piece durable clothing will be, no more puffy or too many layers, just one or two layers but durable to cold, ice, metallic looking sportswear, etc..
Flying, drones, ufos etc.. : There will be drones and flying vehicles for sure, maybe flying public transportation, like buses or trains even, but will it be common for everybody, like jetpacks, or bubble cars, i am not sure. Governments will try to delay developments in air, since its unknown and more difficult to control. Determining roads in air, and accidents and safety issues will always be a problem. But there will be much more flying devices on air than today.
Gadgets: Oh my ,where to start. Like robots, also gadgets will be everywhere and in every field i think. The google glasses and vrs will evolve with mobile phones and be more organic like wearable googles. Walking on the street, or home or school, or even sleeping, like terminator these goggles will have our phone screens in real time, – we will see who is calling, and will be able to speak and hear. we will be able to watch movies and play games at the same time. Just like those green or gray alien images, i think first we will be wearing these goggles, and we will still look like humans wearing stuff, and after maybe in 50-70- years we will be wearing a suit thats covering all our body, which will make us look like goggly eyes, big heads small bodies like those aliens,
AI : will be big part of the future. anything we see or hear will have a result or an answers thru computers, cell phones and at the end thru these goggle looking devices. We will hear in a different language but these devices will instantly translate and tell us in other language. anything we ask will have an answer thru ai. the information will be widely available in any language in any way.
We probably use our hands first later no hands, just eye movements, winking will do it.
